Who we’re looking for:
You have a great chance of being a good fit if you have worked in administrative roles, digital marketing (duh) or anywhere else that thrives on the facilitation, coordination, and day-to-day completion of tasks and projects. AM (Account Management) Coordinators aren’t required to know anything about Google Ads or Amazon Ads before starting, but it's totally awesome if you do! If you are tech-savvy and excited about supporting clients and coworkers, we can teach you everything you need to know.
This is a local to Springfield (work in the office) position. Check out our company page for a glimpse into our world!
AM Coordinators are connectors, bridging the internal transitions necessary for the success of our processes and teams. Responsibilities vary widely from day-to-day, but there is a consistent cycle to the various activities that are completed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Assignments will elevate in significance as knowledge and experience increases. At the beginning, AM Coordinators start out by assisting with new client onboarding setup, triggering initial communication, and working closely with Account Managers on client or client team specific assignments. Our AM Coordinator role supports the Account Management, Google, and Amazon teams in several ways, including but not limited to involvement in reporting, conversion tracking, feed setup and monitoring, and facilitating internal communication.
At OMG, only the inquisitive survive. The ability to ask yourself questions and do the research to determine the solutions is imperative to the success of yourself, your team, and ultimately our clients. The unique mix of proactive initiative and the ability to execute tech-savvy, detailed processes while collaborating with various teammates make AM Coordinators very special people. Balancing multiple tasks with various deadlines is an accomplishment that only the best can achieve. AM Coordinators are the key to success of many of our onboarding functions as an agency and we’re looking for more wonderful team members who can help us grow!
The ideal candidate:
Google Ads & Amazon Ads: Experience is NOT required. You are not expected to run ad campaigns (those are run by our account specialists). However, you will need to learn and understand the key metrics in order to facilitate the ongoing development and upkeep of our reporting dashboards. Our training program will launch you into the core knowledge, but it will be your initiative in learning that will accelerate your career trajectory. Working through the Google and Amazon certifications, listening to relevant podcasts (we have a great one!) and reading relevant blogs will go a long way in triggering questions that will help you dig into the industry specifics of paid search and eCommerce.
Proactive Initiative: Your job is to learn about the various opportunities available to support Account Managers and client teams, and understand the value you can provide in terms of time-savings and account analysis. And then, get after it! If this means you need more work to fill your time and continue to add value to OMG client teams, it’s up to you to realize this and ask for more opportunities to contribute. We systematize ways to check-in and make sure we are fully utilizing your time and talents, but we don’t want to discover we threw away money and opportunity because of a lack of in-the-moment communication that there is available capacity.
Problem solving: A cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have answered yourself. We need people who are willing to use their brains and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves to figure it out. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But you’re expected to hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

Salary, benefits, & growth:
There is no other position at OMG that offers the vast array of growth opportunities that the support role does. The starting salary for this full-time role is $35,000+ depending on experience, with a guaranteed annual compensation plan and additional ability to increase as responsibility and value delivered increase. Our coordinators have taken all kinds of paths, graduating into specialists or account managers, or specializing in niche aspects. At OMG, we focus on utilizing an individual's strengths and filling their days with work they love, which is naturally the work they’re the best at. This method gives us the greatest value and gives them the greatest satisfaction at work.
