Are You OMG’s Next Account Manager?

OMG Commerce’s Account Managers lead our client teams. AMs drive the process to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that accelerate growth. They also analyze and measure results to ensure we’re meeting our world-class standards. AMs are the HUB for everything OMG Commerce does. 

AMs manage client growth day-to-day through:

  • Driving each client team to account growth
  • Providing innovative strategic recommendations
  • Leading client check-in calls
  • Developing trusting, professional relationships with clients
  • Breaking down trust barriers (internal and external) to facilitate team cohesion 
  • Organizing resources (internal and external) for max productivity
  • Analyzing account performance to inform ongoing strategy
  • Auditing adherence to strategic plan (internally and externally)

Please apply if you have:

  • A bachelor’s in marketing or business
  • 2 years of experience working in a business environment
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills, both analytical and problem-solving
  • Experience working with multiple team members and multiple clients simultaneously
  • Confidentiality internally and externally
  • Experience working under pressure to manage multiple deadline-sensitive tasks
